WebP to PNG Converter

Convert WebP to PNG losslessly — your data stays on your device. Transparency preserved.

Why convert WebP to PNG?

WebP is Google's modern image format that's now supported in every major browser, but you'll often need PNG for tools that don't read WebP — older versions of Photoshop, some print workflows, or design tools that import only PNG/JPG. PNG is lossless, so converting from WebP preserves every pixel of the source (any quality loss already in the WebP is also preserved). This converter handles both lossy and lossless WebP, runs entirely in your browser, and supports batch conversion.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose quality converting WebP to PNG?
No additional loss. PNG is lossless, so the converted file is a bit-for-bit representation of the WebP. If the source WebP was lossy-encoded, that lossy quality is preserved exactly — PNG can't recover detail that wasn't there.
